Homiya seeks to provide a response to the Religious Zionist ("Dati-Leumi") public in Israel on issues and challenges related to mental health. Today it is driving a revolution by spreading awareness, delivering support and eliminating stigma throughout religious communities and educational institutions.
Our efforts include:
Running a support hotline
Running an information and counseling hotline for families of individuals facing mental health challenges, able to provide continuous support for as long as necessary.
Establishing new Environments
Setting up institutions and facilities tailored to the religious public, ranging from post-hospitalization boarding schools for youth, to separate co-living solutions for young men and women, as well as places for religious individuals in the later stages of life.
Fostering Employment
Creating employment opportunities tailored to the religious public, with an emphasis on religious environments and organizations such as educational institutions, youth movements, advertising agencies and media organizations.
